About Us

Who we are

More than 20 years experience in commercial and residential electrical work

It all started in Marin County, where Jason Riedel and Dave Verrue met as teens and became friends. They both started working for Contact Electric in high school, when the company was focused on electrical work in the Bay area.  In 2000,  Dave moved to Truckee, and the business began to expand. Soon after, Jason followed, settling in Reno, and officially moved the business to the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. The business began to take shape and is fully licensed, bonded and insured in both states.

To this day, we remain a small electrical outfit with a large base of customer satisfaction.

Bring us an electrical idea or problem, and we will work with you to design a solution that fits your timeframe and budget. From small jobs to commercial installations, our electricians are trained and professional; we are bonded and insured in the states of California and Nevada for your safety. We request and obtain all permits necessary for each job, so you don’t have to worry about it. Ask to see our Nevada and California State Contractor’s Licenses as well as our Worker’s Compensation and General Liability certificates of insurance.

What they’ve said about us

  • Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring

Jason is a top notch electrician. He did his work quickly and very high quality. I have done some minor electrical work and am capable of evaluating his work. He did it much faster than I expected and did more work than I originally planned on doing, and it was still less expensive than his estimate. Just a great guy to have work for you!

Jason was prompt and pleasant. He quoted a very fair rate and time required for the job over the phone. Job was done within the quoted time. Was not charged extra for weekend service, plus it was a holiday! Highly recommend!!
